Who is pilates for?

Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body. If you have any health concerns, such as a medical condition or an injury, please seek advice from your GP or a health professional before starting any exercise programme.


Studio Classes in Thame

  • Small friendly classes (Max.14 per class)
  • Online booking
  • Cancellation up to 12 hours before
  • Equipment supplied: mats, weights, balls, barre, etc.

Days and Times

  • Monday: 7.45-8.30am / 8.40-9.25am / 9.35-10.20am / 5.15-6pm / 6.15-7pm
  • Tuesday: 8.40-9.25am / 9.35-10.20am / 10.30-11.15am (Seated pilates)
  • Wednesday: 9.35-10.20am / 5.15-6pm / 6.15-7pm
  • Thursday: 8.40-9.25am / 9.35-10.20am
  • Friday: 8.40-9.25am  / 9.35-10.20am

Charges

1 class –£13
or
1 credit for 1 class – all credits valid for 12 months
Block of  5-9  credits = £11.50 per class
Block of 10+ credits = £10.50 per class


Online via Zoom

(Recordings available for 7 days)
Pilates – Live classes:
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 10.45 – 11.30am.
£30 per calendar month (approx.8 live classes)
