PILATES

  • Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen and condition the weaker muscles, ligaments and tendons, whilst encouraging symmetry and balance within the body.

Some Comments from class members

“I attended Andrea’s class and my core muscles have strengthened so much that I don’t need any medication for my back anymore. Andrea adapts the exercise to individual needs within the lessons so it’s suits everyone. I’ve loved it!   ” JD

“Stretching out and learning how to protect those muscles has meant I am much more mindful of the way I am sitting and I know how to resolve any niggles – all from what I have learned from Andrea.  She and Pilates have improved my life immensely.”  MC

“I really enjoy the Pilates classes for various reasons.  The first thing is you are made to feel really welcome and it doesn’t matter what level you are at. It’s definitely been fantastic for my balance and mobility. Classes are friendly and you are not judged at all.   I also do Zoom Pilates which is great as you can do it at a time to suit and you don’t need to leave the house.  Great to have choices.”  LG
