The Practice was established in 2004 to enable practitioners to work independently in a professional environment.
All the practitioners are fully qualified and registered and are committed to giving you the very best service they can offer. All the treatments offered complement those of the NHS and you will, therefore, never be asked to stop taking prescribed medication or act contrary to your Doctor’s recommendation.

CONCERNS, COMMENTS, COMPLAINTS?
We do everything we can to ensure you receive high standards of care. However, we do recognise that sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may not meet your expectations. Should this happen we will do our best to put things right. If you are unhappy about your appointment booking, payment or treatment please contact the Practice Manager. All complaints and comments regarding medical treatment will be forwarded to the relevant practitioner. Please note that all the practitioners work as independent small businesses and use the Practice to provide facilities and manage their appointments.
Upon receipt of your communication the Practice Manager will:
1. Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours.
2. Instigate a full review and investigation into the complaint.
3. Work with relevant colleagues to answer concerns.
4. Following this you will receive a response within 15 working days.
We want you to be satisfied with your experience at the Practice and we will all do all we can to meet your expectations.
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed and cancellation with at least 24 hours notice has the potential to benefit yourself and all our patients by allowing us to accommodate emergency and rescheduled appointments so that other patients can receive their treatment sooner. Reluctantly we must confirm that if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours a charge will be made of 50% of the appointment fee. Should cancellation occur within 4 hours of the appointment the full appointment fee will be charged. We appreciate your kindness and consideration.
