Medical Insurance

Some practitioners are recognised by a number of insurance companies. Those who work with BUPA and AXA can invoice direct, patients registered with others companies can pay at the time and claim.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1.  All correct insurance information to be notified to the Practice at least 24 hours before treatment.

2.  Insurance companies do not share patient contract details with the providers and patients are responsible for liaising with the companies.

3.  Patients are responsible for payment for all their treatment and in the event the insurance company is unable to pay an invoice the patient will be asked to pay on request.

4. Patients must ensure that they are covered by their insurance company before contacting the Clinic.
