  • Mirella’s approach is holistic, looking at the whole person and how physical issues may negatively affect mental health
  • With her Life Coaching qualification and experience, she can help with reaching goals, setting targets and being accountable
  • At times creative work may be part of therapy as sometimes things are difficult to verbalise, and creative work helps this process
