Medical Insurance

Some practitioners work with medical insurance companies and can invoice BUPA, AXA or AVIVA direct.  Many of the practitioners are recognised by a number of insurance companies and patients can pay for their treatment and claim back from their insurance company direct.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1.  All correct insurance information to be notified to the Practice at least 24 hours before treatment.

2.  Insurance companies do not share patient contract details with the providers and patients are responsible for liaising with the companies.

3.  Patients are responsible for payment for all their treatment and in the event the insurance company is unable to pay an invoice the patient will be asked to pay on request.
