Where the practitioner and treatment are recognised by an insurance company, invoices can be forwarded direct to the following companies: BUPA, AXAPPP, and AVIVA. Some practitioners are recognised by other companies and they will provide receipted invoices to enable patients to claim direct.
The following terms and conditions apply:
1. All correct insurance information to be notified to the Practice at least 24 hours before treatment.
2. Insurance companies do not share patient contract details with the providers and patients are responsible for liaising with the companies.
3. Patients are responsible for payment for all their treatment and in the event the insurance company is unable to pay an invoice the patient will be asked to pay within seven days.
