Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed and cancellation with at least 24 hours notice has the potential to benefit yourself and all our patients by allowing us to accommodate emergency and rescheduled appointments so that other patients can receive their treatment sooner.

Reluctantly we must confirm that if an appointment is cancelled within 7 and 24 hours of the appointment a charge  of 50% of the appointment fee will be made.  Should  cancellation occur within 7 hours of the appointment the full appointment fee may be charged.  We appreciate your kindness and consideration.
