Passionate about helping families make healthy food choices and treating dietary problems to improve health.
Kate has been part of many projects/initiatives with different organisations including recipe development for “The Healthy Food Company”; providing dietetic input to a specialist food school for fussy eaters- “Magnificent Munchers”; developing and delivering weight management groups for North East London Foundation Trust and Dorset PCT.
Kate is kept busy at home being a mother to 2 little boys. She enjoys socialising with friends, travel, being active outdoors and watching live music.
